In Ayurveda, teas are the traditional method of delivering the medicinal effects of herbs and spices to your body’s tissues.

Turmeric and ginger, common Ayurvedic herbs, have both been used for centuries to support Joint health. The combination of these two herbs, enhanced by the licorice root and the fragrant lemongrass, creates a wonderful Ayurvedic inspired blend that also promotes digestion.

Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric. It has powerful effects and is a very strong antioxidant. Ginger is a potent antioxidant agent, energizer and stimulator. Ginger root can help relieve upset stomach, indigestion, motion sickness, and nausea.

All of our ingredients have been lab-tested to be free of lead, heavy metals, and pesticides. We offer proof of testing, upon request.

Turmeric is better absorbed when consumed with healthy fats such as almond butter, coconut oil or a few almonds.

Suggested Use: Place 1 tsp into a tea infuser strainer, add 1 cup of boiled water. Let it steep for 5 minutes to infuse flavors and nutritive properties and enjoy throughout the day.

For those who are not familiar with Ayurveda - known as the “Science of Life”, it is a natural holistic healing system that was developed in India more than 5,000 years ago, addressing all layers of the mind, body, and soul.

According to Ayurveda, disease first shows up on the body within the digestive tract, accumulates there and if continues to accumulate moves into the deeper tissues. Strong digestion is a key for an overall good health. In Ayurveda, health is defined as the dynamic state of balance between mind, body, and the environment; it is possible for each of us to achieve and maintain a vibrant and joyful state of health by identifying our mind–body type and then creating a lifestyle that sustains and nurtures our unique nature.
