Pineapple is one of my favorite fruits; there is something very special about its smell and flavor. It reminds me of Costa Rica and Hawaii – my two favorite places.
I've added a handful of walnuts as a healthy fat (as well as for added creaminess). The end result is a perfect balance of texture, flavor, color and health. I love it for the hot summer months.

Ingredients: 1 cup plant-based milk (I love oat milk.)
1 small frozen banana
1/3 cup frozen mango
1/3 cup frozen pineapple
Handful of raw walnuts
