Golden Banana Mini Cakes

Satisfying, yet not too sweet. Great for breakfast or snack. Recipe is from The Golden Milk Cookbook, featuring our best-selling Golden Milk Blend.

PREP TIME: 10 minutes

BAKE TIME: 25 minutes


INGREDIENTS:

- 3 mashed bananas

- 1 cup almond flour

- 2 tsp. Golden Milk blend

- 1/4 tsp. sea salt

- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted

- 2 tbsp. maple syrup, more or less to taste

- 1 tbsp. almond butter


Preheat the oven to 350F.

Mix all dry ingredients in a medium-

size bowl. In a separate bowl, mix wet

ingredients except for the bananas.

Combine the two bowls and add the

mashed bananas. Arrange in your favorite

cake/muffin molds and bake for 25 minutes.
