A small snack that has big flavor! Golden Blueberry Muffins are not only Gluten-Free & Vegan, but amazingly delicious. No need to head to the bakery, let's create some magic in the kitchen ourselves with healthy ingredients that will make everyone ask, "Where did you get these?".
Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour
1 cup oat flour
½ cup coconut sugar
2 tsp. of Golden Milk blend
¾ cup oat milk
⅓ cup coconut oil ¾ cup of fresh blueberries Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 325ºF
2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl, and then add to the dry ingredients, mix thoroughly.
4. Scoop into silicone baking tray and add fresh blueberries on top.
5. Bake for 25 minutes until golden.
