This recipe is a Masala Chai blend favorite! A delicious dessert that will spice up your get-together with friends and family, or to be enjoyed just for yourself!
1 cup almond flour
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup tapioca starch
1/2 cup melted coconut oil (or ghee)
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp. Masala Chai blend
1/4 tsp. sea salt Crust Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Combine all ingredients, and press into a pie tin. Bake for 7 minutes. Once fully cooked, let it completely cool.
2 large pears
Lemon Juice (1/2 a lemon)
Combine 2-4 tbsp of maple syrup (depending on how sweet you want it) & lemon juice together.
Slice pears into thin pieces
Add pears and let them soak for 10-15 min
After pear pieces have soaked, arrange nicely on the pie crust, & bake for 30 min on 350ª until pears begin to brown a bit. Check occasionally to make sure they don't get burned.
